This move extends the Side Charleston Outside Kicks, joining it after first 8 beats. The follower continues
to perform the same pattern throughout: two kicks on each foot, one to either side. The leader, however, has
to change feet because the Hand-to-Hand Charleston uses unison footwork (both dancers on the same foot)
rather than mirrored footwork (dancers on opposite feet). To do this the leader adds in two extra kicks with
his left foot, keeping his weight on his right foot as the follower changes weight from her left (mirrored)
foot to her right (unison) foot. The Hand-to-Hand Charleston follows immediately after this transition move.
