If the leader isn't sure that the follower is ready for the move, he should omit or reduce the size of his
kick, to avoid the possibility of accidents.

1. M:BL2L W:BR2R Start from an closed position, with the leader's left hand holding the follower's right hand. The leader takes a step backward on his left foot, turning 90° to his left. The follower takes a step backward on her right foot, turning 90° to her right.

5. M:KfR W:0B The leader performs a kick forward with his right foot, kicking in between the follower's legs as he lifts her for the jump. The follower jumps up, kicking her legs out to the side in mid-air.
