The follower initially turns to her left as she moves into Side Position by the leader, and then changes the
direction of her rotation to turn to the right as she orbits the leader. This is similar to a Cross Arm Lindy Circle, but the hand positioning differs here: the leader lifts his hand to shoulder level as the
follower moves into his side, to end in sweetheart position by beat 4.
