This is a sinuous move, named for the 1930's dancer Josephine Baker. The move is built around the dancer's
hip movements; the leg lifts on beats 4 and 8 are then a smooth continuation of this hip movement.
Similarly to other moves from the Charleston, this move involves an four-beat pattern that is then repeated with
the sides mirrored left to right, giving an eight beat sequence overall.

1. S:eSL Start with the dancer's weight on their right foot. The dancer takes a step slightly to the side on their left foot, pushing their hips out to left hand side, with both hands held on their hips and the elbows pointing out to the side.
